What is smore.me?
When you sign up for smore.me you receive a website like smore.me/yourname. Your smore.me website allows you to share your entire online identity with your friends, using one short and simple link. Put you smore.me website link in your Facebook, Twitter, E-Mail signature, forum posts, and anywhere else you can think of and your friends will be able to find all of your websites.
How do I choose which page opens first?
The circular buttons on the right side of the edit form allow you to choose the default loading page. For example, if you want people to see you Facebook page first, click the circular button next to the Facebook Field.
Why can't I set my Twitter or MySpace as the default page?
Twitter and MySpace both have a feature that prevents them from being displayed in a frame. Because of this, smore.me must load them into a new window so that your smore.me bar is not lost. If you were to set one of these pages as your default page, your friends would never see your smore.me bar or the icons for your other websites.
How do I link to my Blog?
All you have to do is enter your blog's web address (minus http://). For example: www.MyBlog.com
How do I link to my Facebook page?
For this, you need your Facebook username (not the same as your login e-mail address). You can find your username by logging in to Facebook and clicking on 'Settings' near the 'Search' field in the top right corner. This should show a box that includes your Name and Username. Copy the username and paste into the field marked 'Facebook' on smore.me.
How do I link to my Flixster page?
Flixster is super easy. Just type in your Flixster username.
How do I link to my LinkedIn page?
For this, you need your LinkedIn public profile address. You can find this by logging in to LinkedIn and clicking on 'Profile' on the left side. This should bring up your profile. Scroll down the page until you find 'Public Profile' and then copy everything after http://www.linkedin.com/in/ and paste it into the field marked 'LinkedIn' on smore.me.
How do I link to my MySpace page?
MySpace is super easy. Just type in your MySpace username (Whatever is after http://www.myspace.com/).
How do I link to my Twitter page?
Twitter is super easy. Just type in your Twitter username.
How do I link to my Viddler page?
Viddler is super easy. Just type in your Viddler username.
How do I link to my Website?
All you have to do is enter your websites's web address (minus http://). For example: www.MyWebsite.com
